Shipping

We usually deliver orders within 3-7 workdays once your payment is completed, In very rare cases we might need more than 7 workdays to handle. You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been shipped, this email contains the tracking number of the packages so you can track it online.

We deliver the orders to all countries in the world. Address must be a valid street address. NO deliveries to PO Boxes.

Usually shipping time by E-packet need 15-30 days (E-Packet is a kind of Air Mail Post which only apply to the United States, Canada, Australia, Russia, Britain, France), for most countries by Air Mail Post need about 15-50 days, for few countries by Air Mail Post may need as many as 60days or more (Such as Brazil, Ukraine, Chile, Lithuania, Estonia, Mexico).

By Express (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, SF-Express) usually need about 3-10 days, so if you would like to have your orders more quickly please you choose Express shipping method when you please the order. We do not uarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your order is inspected. Please note that the shipping cost does not included any import taxes, buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

If you are not in to receive the package at attempted time, first please contact your local sorting office with the tracking number to check reason. Due to security reasons, all items must be signed for.

If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, custom clearance problem, other undelivered reason), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. We can resend the order or cancel and refund the order to you. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees and custom fees from the refund total.


Returns and Refund

We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.

All products sold through MAKERALOT are covered by our warranty and return policies. The quality of the product you will receive is guaranteed to be good, and we absolutely guarantee this. If any defective product received within 7days, we will refund or exchange the items at our cost.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of personal reasons, we will refund you if you return the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items. However, you should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions, tampered products will not be exchanged/refunded. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, you will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. You should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.The buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping fees and custom fees to return the items, the unpaid package will not be acceptable.

Before you return the order you should to contact us, any return without seller's consent will not accept. Please you offer us the following information to avoid any confusion, delay and missing:

1) Your order number
2) Item(s) you want to return
3) the reason you want to make a return. Tracking numbers after your product has been sent out
